Composition:
Each 5 ml contains 40 mg Trimethoprim and 200 mg Sulfamethoxazole.
INDICATIONS:
It is used in the treatment of: urinary bladder or urinary tract infections, Respiratory tract infections such as bronchitis, otitis media, nocardiosis which can affect the lungs, skin and brain.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
The dosage for children is equivalent to approximately 8 mg trimethoprim and 40 mg sulfamethoxazole per kg body weight per day, given in two divided doses every 12 h. (for more information See the attached leaflet).
